Nova Bradley
Nova Bradley qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has specialised, since then, in Family Law dealing in particular with financial matters and arrangements for children, following the breakdown of both married and cohabiting relationships.

Nova worked for nine years within a large family law department in Surrey. She has also worked for various other firms in London and the south-east of England.

In 2002 Nova set up her own firm in Chipping Norton specialising in Family Law. She was joined in 2005 by Geoffrey Saul and the firm then took on the name of Bradley Saul Solicitors and moved to its present location.

Nova has been a member of Resolution since 1990. She obtained accreditation status with Resolution in 2000 (cohabitation and financial settlements) and in 2008 she became a qualified collaborative lawyer with Resolution. In 1995 she completed mediation training with the Family Mediators Association.

Geoffrey Saul
Geoffrey Saul qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has specialised, since then, in Wills, Probate and Trusts building up a particular expertise in Inheritance Tax planning.

Geoffrey has also developed a growing practice in the provision of legal advice for older people, their families and carers, especially with regard to Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and planning for care fees.

Geoffrey worked for eleven years for a large Surrey based firm of solicitors. In 2001, he took up a position with an Oxford firm of solicitors where he became head of the Wills and Probate department before founding Bradley Saul Solicitors with Nova Bradley in January 2005.

Geoffrey is a member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). He also heads up the firm’s Residential Conveyancing team.
